Poipu Shopping Village Development

The construction of Pahse II of the Kihuna Shopping Village containing a gross floor are of approximately 81,832 square feet for restaurant, retail, and office space in one and two-story buildings including offstreet parking on properties several of which will be situated on residental zoned lands situated on lot 388-C, new vehicular access driveways along Poipu Road, Hapa Road and Kiahuna Plantation Drive.

To the west across Kihuna Plantation Drive is property zoned Residential District that was approved for resort time share development (Poipu Realty Partners LLC). To the east across Hapa Road are Knudsen Trust lands zoned Residential District and are slated for residental lot subdivision. Immediately across Hapa road are the Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Center and the future home of the Poipu Spa and Fitness Center fronting Poipu Road. Makai of Poipu Road is the Kihuna Plantation resort condominiums.
